Abstract
In modern organization satisfied employees are base for enterprise success. Theoretical and empirical research have found out that motivation is determined by a variety of different factors. Almost all surveys of factors that motivate employees in the workplace, shows that job satisfaction is at or near the top of the list. Survey results in a enterprise, shown by socio/demographic, are showing internal comparisons and comparisons strengths and opportunities for improvement and identifying the factors which „drive“ job satisfaction.

unsatisfied needs and addressing them.

The largest number of people spend at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week at their workplace, and that is at least half of the time you spend in the waking state. If the time was spent on the job that person is not satisfied, in which he didn’t find himself, there will necessarily be negative consequences, not only for his productivity at work, but also by his general mental state and
general life satisfaction.

People who are not satisfied with the work they are doing have a lot more chances to experience burn out, have a lower self-respect and a higher probability of experiencing anxiety attacks and depressive states. However, a large number of people work still see only as a necessary evil that gives them existence, trying to suppress the importance of feelings that job awakens in them. The idea of the work as actually fulfilling looks like a distant fantasy, which is only a few lucky ones managed to achieve, while others are doomed to monotony and a perfunctory work eight hours a day. This approach emphasizes work exclusively economic function the same, diminishing the importance of other functions of work, which is reflected in the work capacity and productivity, and thus the business success of the company.
