ABSTRACT
Today , a jar of Nescafe can be found in 93 percent of UK homes , and more
consumers practice different types of coffee . The expansion of consumer demand
for product selection , quality and value leads to increased production of coffee .
Value is the way the consumer sees the product of an organization in comparison
with competing offers. The cultivation of coffee maybe 1000 feet in Africa, Asia,
Central or South America , for a cup of Nescafe to the customers . This case study
explains why Nestle should be first- class supply chain , high quality where coffee is
grown in the field in such a way that it reaches the end product to the consumer.
