Public procurement is the procurement of goods and services on behalf of a public authority, such as a government agency. Report for public procurement means how government spend public money, corruption-free, and for better economy. Government through public procurement moves market economy making better conditions for citizens. Public Procurement in the EU comprise 16.3 percent of gross domestic product, USA about 7 trilions, while 7 percent in Macedonia. In this paper will be shown development and further need of improvement of process of public procurement in Macedonia and Serbia.
