The project of implementation of e-bussines in organizations
Abstract
This paper presents a model of project of implementation of e-business
in organizations as a result of the strategically designed process in
order to improve and advance business. The purpose of this paper is to
show it is possible to create a model that will be new algorithm for the
introduction of electronic commerce.
Through the display case study was performed comparative analysis of
the proposed model for e-business and the successful implementation
of the project of e-business case study. Comparative analysis showed a
significant correlation with an elaborate case study and that the
proposed model can represent the starting point for the implementation
of e-business in organizations.
In addition, the paper also includes a reference regarding the
implementation of electronic commerce in the average micro-
enterprises in our environment. Given the importance of these
enterprises have for our economy, has shown the necessity to change
access for e-business through a strategically designed process, which
can contribute to the project and the proposed model for the
introduction of electronic commerce.
